1.1.The convert price won't b less than 1 baht while SSI 's market price is only 0.74 baht. If they want the CB to fully subscribe, then, the market price should b 0.9x baht, so it will attract the investors.
2.The increment of the new shares is minimal compare to its existing shares.
3.The interest rate of the CB is less than the rate that SSI paid now.
